Booking Private Coaching & Puppy Coaching

  • You have 3 months from the date of payment to book and attend your private or puppy coaching session or follow up session including any rescheduled appointments in accordance with the cancellations and refund policy below.
  • You have 6 months from the date of payment to book and attend all three sessions in a Private Coaching Package and a Puppy Coaching Package including any rescheduled appointments in accordance with the cancellations and refund policy below.

Accounts and Security

  • If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
  • You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Dog Almighty, we aim to provide high-quality training and support for you and your dog. We understand that sometimes plans change, so this policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for our services.

Online Courses

  • Instant Access: Once you purchase an online course, you receive immediate access to the training material. For this reason, refunds are not available after access has been granted, except where required by New Zealand law (e.g., if the service is faulty or misrepresented).
  • Change of Mind: We do not provide refunds if you simply change your mind, choose the wrong course, or do not use the material.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties accessing a course, please contact us so we can assist you.

Private Online Consultations

  • Cancellations by You:
    • If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled consultation, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
    • If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, the session is non-refundable.
  • No-Shows: If you miss your scheduled consultation without notice, no refund or reschedule will be provided.
  • Cancellations by Us: If we need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, you will be offered a new time or a full refund.
  • Private/Puppy Coaching: You have 3 months from the date of payment to book and attend your private or puppy coaching session or follow up session including any rescheduled appointments in accordance with the cancellations and refund policy below.
  • Coaching Package: You have 6 months from the date of payment to book and attend all three sessions in a Private Coaching Package or a Puppy Coaching Package.

Online Dog Club Membership

  • Billing: Membership fees are billed on a monthly basis.
  • Cancellation by You: You may cancel your membership at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of your paid billing period. No refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.
  • Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel memberships that breach our Terms of Service. In such cases, a refund may be offered at our discretion.
  • Renewals: Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Private & Puppy Coaching (In person bookings)

  • Cancellations by You: If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, you may reschedule your session or receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, the session is non-refundable. You are entitled to reschedule an appointment twice with 48 hrs notice, without charge. The same appointment rescheduled for a third time (even with 48 hour notice) will be charged at full price.
  • No-Shows: If you miss your scheduled appointment without notice, no refund or reschedule will be provided.
  • Cancellations by Us: If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be offered an alternative appointment time or a full refund.
  • Booking Sessions: You have 3 months from the date of payment to book and attend your first private or puppy coaching session, in accordance with this cancellation and refund policy. You have 6 months from the date of payment to book and attend all three sessions in a Private Coaching Package and a Puppy Coaching Package including any rescheduled appointments in accordance with this cancellations and refund policy.

Refunds Required by Law

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986. If a service is not delivered as promised, is faulty, or misrepresented, you may be entitled to a remedy under New Zealand law.
